are insured and trackable ... some packages over $100
may required your signature on delivery.

days ... However some products due to demand and availability

: If you placed your order though
the online shopping cart or by mail or fax with a credit
card your money will be refunded to your credit card.
If you placed your order by mail with a money order
or check your money order will be sent back to you.
: I just received my
package and it has broken paintballs in it.
: Paintballs are usually packaged
in 4 separate bags per case. In case of a ball breakage
the entire case is not contaminated. We recommend that
you remove good paintballs being sure not to contaminate
the good paint. (Instructions: From the outside of the
bag try to locate the contaminated area and grab the
paintballs that are contaminated and pour out the good
paintballs onto an old towel. Discard the contaminated
paintballs.) If you feel that the box has been crushed
or damaged beyond reason in shipment then you may contact
UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS or at www.ups.com as your package
has been insured through them. Note: the claims process
through UPS can be lengthy. You will want to ask them
how long it will take for reimbursement.
: Can I sell used paintball products
to Edge Paintball via the internet by mail.
: NO, We do not buy any used
paintball products sight unseen. We do purchase them
if you can bring them in to our local store.

new paintball product does not shoot, leaks or simply

See if it is something simple like a bad o-ring that
you can replace yourself if so do so/
#2. If you do not feel confident that you can diagnose
and fix the problem, please use the included list of
manufactures phone numbers (This is usually a brightly
colored paper) Call the manufacturer of your product.
All of the new products that we sell come with a manufactures
warranty. If for any reason you do not have or cannot
find the list you can check your owners manual or e-mail
us below we will be happy to get you the information
you need to get your product repaired or replaced under
