Question : How can i place a order ?
Answer : 2 ways one is by useing the "" button that adds stuff to the online shopping cart , so then you can check out by useing a credit card or your paypal account.
Second Way : is to use the mail or fax in order form located here , just fill it out and fax to 513-734-4777 or mail with your check or money order to Edge Paintball 2860 S.R. 125 Bethel OH 45106

Question :Is it safe to place my order online useing my credit card ?
Answer : YES .. we use a secure online credit card service that uses a high degree of encryption that makes it completely safe to use your credit card online.

Question : Can I place my order by phone ?
Answer : NO ... because it is safer to use the online transaction service than it is to place your order by phone and there is less chance of an error in placing your order.

Question : How will my package be shipped to me ?
Answer : We ship via U.P.S. all packages are insured and trackable ... some packages over $100 may required your signature on delivery.

Question : How long will it take for me to get my order ?
Answer : Must orders take 3-5 business days ... However some products due to demand and availability may take up to 3 weeks ... so please allow for this ... If it has over a 1 1/2 weeks since you placed your order you may email us below to check order status ... PLEASE include your First,Last Name and City ,State

Question : How do i track my package if it has been shipped ?
Answer : First check your email to see if you have received a shipment confirmation (this would include your tracking number... then go to www.ups.com to track your package .... if you have a paypal account go to www.paypal.com and sign in with your email address to see if your order is trackable yet ... if not then email us below to see whats up.

Question : I bought something and now i changed my mind and i don't want it can i return it ?
Answer : Yes Only if it is still brand new never opened and never used in anyway. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Question : Where is EdgePaintball located ?
Answer : Near Cincinnati Ohio

Question : Can I come in the store to make or pickup purchases ?
Answer : Yes ... Anytime Tue-Fri 11am-6pm and Sat 10am-4pm Closed Sun & Mon.

Question :What if i place an order for something that is out of stock or discontinued ... How will my money be refunded to me ?
Answer : If you placed your order though the online shopping cart or by mail or fax with a credit card your money will be refunded to your credit card. If you placed your order by mail with a money order or check your money order will be sent back to you.

Question : I just received my package and it has broken paintballs in it.
Answer : Paintballs are usually packaged in 4 separate bags per case. In case of a ball breakage the entire case is not contaminated. We recommend that you remove good paintballs being sure not to contaminate the good paint. (Instructions: From the outside of the bag try to locate the contaminated area and grab the paintballs that are contaminated and pour out the good paintballs onto an old towel. Discard the contaminated paintballs.) If you feel that the box has been crushed or damaged beyond reason in shipment then you may contact UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS or at www.ups.com as your package has been insured through them. Note: the claims process through UPS can be lengthy. You will want to ask them how long it will take for reimbursement.

Question : Can I sell used paintball products to Edge Paintball via the internet by mail.
Answer : NO, We do not buy any used paintball products sight unseen. We do purchase them if you can bring them in to our local store.

Question : What do I do if my new paintball product does not shoot, leaks or simply does not work?
Answer : #1. See if it is something simple like a bad o-ring that you can replace yourself if so do so/
#2. If you do not feel confident that you can diagnose and fix the problem, please use the included list of manufactures phone numbers (This is usually a brightly colored paper) Call the manufacturer of your product. All of the new products that we sell come with a manufactures warranty. If for any reason you do not have or cannot find the list you can check your owners manual or e-mail us below we will be happy to get you the information you need to get your product repaired or replaced under warranty.

Question : What if I have a problem with a product and I don't know who the manufacture is?
Answer : You can e-mail us using the link below and we will get that information to you. Please include as much information about the product as possible so that we may better help you.

Question : How long will it take you guys to reply to my e-mail questions?
Answer : Generally you will receive a reply within 24 hours. However, if it is a weekend it may be a couple of days. We check e-mail up to twice daily, but may not check it on Saturday or Sunday.

Question : Do used products have any kind of warranty?
Answer : No they are sold 100% as is. If there is anything visibly wrong with it we will try our best to list it in the products description. This does not mean that there may not be other unforeseen problems.
